• Urgent LINE intake helps operators send staffing requests without first creating a full account, but follow-up, review, and confirmation may happen through RemoteHands operations.
• Worker, entertainer, venue, rate, and booking availability can change until a request is confirmed through the app or a direct written confirmation.

• Venues are responsible for accurate shift details, lawful and safe work conditions, clear location information, and timely communication with confirmed workers or entertainers.
• Workers and entertainers are responsible for accurate profile details, current availability, professional conduct, and eligibility to perform the work they accept.
• Users must not use RemoteHands for unlawful, unsafe, discriminatory, misleading, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.

• Rates, platform fees, cancellation handling, and payment timing are shown in the app, confirmed by operations, or documented in the relevant transaction terms.
• Each party remains responsible for its own tax, withholding, accounting, work authorization, and social security obligations unless written terms say otherwise.
• Some payment and payout workflows may be staged during beta operations and handled through confirmed operational instructions.
