Restaurants, bars, hotels, event teams, and independent planners use RemoteHands to coordinate staffing and live entertainment. The product supports published opportunities, worker and performer profiles, venue-owned worksites, shifts, applications, assignments, messaging, and operational follow-up. DJs, MCs, bartenders, floor teams, event crew, and other workers can use the public product to understand what is available before continuing through the appropriate human-facing workflow.

RemoteHands exposes deliberately narrow public tools for discovering published gigs and, after explicit user confirmation and contact consent, submitting an interest lead. An interest lead is not an account, application, confirmed booking, or guarantee of work. Authenticated venue-manager automation is separate: it uses scoped MCP access, venue ownership checks, business-rule validation, and audit records. Agents should begin with reads, explain consequential actions, and leave payments, negotiation, account creation, and private contact decisions to the people involved unless an authenticated tool expressly supports the action.
